HAZEL ANNA PONIMO'I KALAMA YAMAMOTO
Age 88, of Wahiawa, Hawaii, passed away April 21, 2012 in Kapolei. Born September 5, 1923 in Peahi, Maui, Hawaii. Hazel retired from the State of Hawaii. She was a member of Hale O Na Ali'i o Hawaii & Ahahui Ka'ahumanu.
She is survived by sons, Gilbert (Abigail) Caravallo, Joe S. (Antonette) Yamamoto, Jr. of Molokai, George R.K. Yamamoto; daughter, Yvonne (Wayne) Ambrose; 19 grand-children; 26 great-grand-children; brothers, Irinius "Leo" Borengasser, Felix (Patricia) Borengasser, Nicholas (Miriam) Borengasser; sister, Christine "Tina" Gruber.
Visitation 6-9 p.m. Tuesday (May 29) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Wake Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 9:30 a.m. Wednesday (May 30) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Funeral Service 11 a.m. Burial 1:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha Attire. Flowers Welcome.
