Keone John Wellington Peiper IV, 26, of Oregon, formerly of Honolulu, an Oregon Army National Guard veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Rochelle, daughter Noelani, father John III, mother Debra, sister Kealani and grandparent John Jr. Visitation: 10 a.m. June 4 at Borthwick Mortuary. Services at noon. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
