74Reynold Mitoshi "Pops" Kaetsu, 70, of Hilo, a retired Eagle Distributors truck driver, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pahala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Cynthia, son Reynold M., daughter Dr. Raechel Torres, brothers Elmer Yada and Melvin Kaetsu, sisters Florence Kitamura and Elaine Yano, and two grandchildren. Visitation:3 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary. Services:4 p.m. Casual attire.
