Judith Willey Franz, 72, of Honolulu, an Iolani Palace staff member and volunteer, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Cincinnati. She is survived by sisters Amy Camins and Susan Fiore. Celebration of life: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Kanaina Building (Old Archives Building), Iolani Palace. Aloha attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Friends of ‘Iolani Palace, American Cancer Society or charity of one’s choice.
