Totsue Matsuda, 94, of Honolulu, formerly of Hilo, a homemaker, died in a private care home. She was born in Paukaa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Paul, daughter Jean Young, sister Mitsue Okumoto and four grandchildren. Private services.
