81David Earl "Big Dave" Jaggers, 48, of Ewa Beach, a retired construction laborer, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by fiancee Kimmie Blaisdell; son Joshua "Josh"; mother Lily L.; brother Donald; and sisters Debra Jaggers, Darrelyn Brown and Denise Ching.
