77Petra S. Failano, 72, of Kahului died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Arturo; sons Amor, Amador and Dennis; daughters Chita Lagazo, and Marivic and Ruthy Failano; sisters Cresencia and Eusebia Dancel; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation and services: 7 p.m. Wednesday at Nakamura Mortuary. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Christ the King Church, Kahului. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park, Garden of Meditation.
