ANNA NGIT WAN (CHOY) LAU

Anna Lau, 85, died peacefully at home on June 2 in the arms of her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lau, Sr. in 1992. A Honolulu native, her siblings are Robert Choy-deceased (Pauline), Bernice Wong (David), Henry Choy (Laura) and Arthur Choy (Myrna). Anna will always be fondly remembered as a loving wife and mother and a caring friend. Always a supportive parent, she and her husband raised seven Lau children, including Douglas (Patricia) of Sonora, California; Jeffrey (Lynn); Vernon (Kori); Wesley (Young); Melanie Guild (John); Xavier (Cindy); and Albert, Jr. (Felvie) of Honolulu. Anna also leaves behind ten grand-children. The value of family and her faith in the Lord was most important to her, which she passed along to her children and grandchildren. This stay-at-home mother had a strong influence in the lives of all those who came to know her.
