He was born in Canton, China.He is survived by wife Cang Tieu; sons Van Chon, Hilton, David, Phong Chon, Jimmy, Tony and Johnny Lieu and Ut Kieu; daughters Erica Tran Pham-Lieu, Joanne Lieu-Ogi and Kieu Le Phan; brother Yubin Liao; sisters Xuefang Liao and Yinfang Liao; and 19 grandchildren. Visitation:10 a.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park &Mortuary. Services:11 a.m. Burial:10:45 a.m. Saturday at Valley of the Temples.
