Philip Haruto Nakagaki, 88, of Honolulu, a retired heavy equipment service shop supervisor for Amfac, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nancy S., sons Joel A. and Mark E., sister Bertha A. Miyahira, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
