77William Henry "Billy" Arnold Jr., 52, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a commercial fisherman and proprietor of Onipaa Self-Defense School, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Sheila Higa, Kawaiala Avelino, Pauahi Alvarez and Nakalia Ishikawa; brothers Lance, Merle and Clint Arnold, and Solomon Kunewa; sisters Maelynne Quick, Barbara Lively, Robyngail Laysa, Gaylene Moku, Marie Haumesser, Donna and Lucy Ann "Keo" Kunewa, and Abigail Seda; and eight grandchildren.
