81Tsuruko Tai See, 91, of Pearl City, formerly of Hilo, a flower arranger, died in Pearl City Nursing Home. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Ronald I. and Robert G., daughters Betty J. Shibata and Evelyn J. Saito, brother Chosei Sakihara, sister Shizue Shiroma, 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
