Arsenio Julian Sr., also known as “Uncle LC” and “Pops,” 92, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a Puna Sugar Co. boiler room operator, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Banna, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Leslie and Arsenio L. Jr.; daughters Florence Kawaihae, Gloria Roldan, Jessie Jumalon, Alison A.M. Julian, Elizabeth M.L. De Coito and Elizabeth M.C.L. Perez; brothers Mauro, Marcos and Cayetano; sisters Placida Felipe and Veronica Pagala; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Cremation to follow at Dodo Mortuary. Casual attire.
