Paul Joseph Sorbets, 86, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a Navy veteran who served in World War II, and a retired orchardist and proprietor of Christmas Holly Gardens, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Tucson, Ariz. He is survived by wife Joan, sons Stevan and Gregg, daughter Shari Wilson, nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a great- great-grandchild. Celebration of life: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Waikoloa Community Church.
