Sueko Higashi, 95, of Hono-kaa, Hawaii, formerly of Manoa, a retired secretary for the Honolulu District superintendent at the state Department of Education, died in Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua, Honokaa. She was born in Ahualoa, Hawaii. She is survived by sisters Itsue Hino and Mutsuko Higashi. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Honokaa Hongwanji Mission. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
