Matthew Kalani Fragas, 30, of Kaneohe, a federal firefighter and an Air Force Reserve veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nola, sons Zane and Duke, parents Mark and Trisha and brothers Kenny and Kristopher. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Friday at Kualoa Beach Park.
