Jose R. Lactaoen, 100, of Honolulu, former owner of Queen’s Dry Cleaning and retiree from Al Phillips the Cleaner, died in Honolulu. He was born in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. He is survived by wife Clarita; sons Joseph Jr. and Gus; daughters Carmen Lanegan, Celeste O’Brien and Frances Higgins; stepson David Lee; brothers Cleto and Monico; sister Maximina Hebron; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1124 7th Ave., Kaimuki. Mass: 9:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
