JOHN YOHAN KIM
John Yohan Kim, 85, of Aiea, passed away on June 18, 2012 at St. Francis Hospice West. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that he had touched throughout his life. John was born in Wahiawa on August 24, 1926. On May 18, 1963 he married Charlotte C.M. Kim, she survives. He was a retired Hickam Air Force Base aircraft mechanic, U.S. Army veteran, and the owner of Dae Han General Food. He is also survived by son, Alan K. Kim; daughters, Cathleen Y. Salas, Grace Y. Sato, and Angela Y. Cambra; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. His patience, wisdom, and unconditional love will always be remembered. Visitation is 9 a.m. Friday, June 29th at Hosoi Garden Mortuary followed by a 10 a.m. service. Casual attire. No flowers.
