Age 100, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away May 25, 2012 in Honolulu. Born November 11, 1911 in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. He was the former owner of Queen’s Dry Cleaning and retired from Al Phillips the Cleaner.
He is survived by wife, Clarita Lactaoen; sons, Joseph Lactaoen, Jr of Big Island, Gus (Caryn) Lactaoen; step-son, David (Betty) Lee; daughters, Carmen Lanegan of OR, Celeste (Paul) O’Brien of OR, Frances (Elliott) Higgins of OR; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Cleto (Adeline) Lactaoen, Monico (Zenaida) Lactaoen; sister, Maximina (Santos) Hebron of NJ.
Visitation 8:30 a.m. Friday (June 29) at St Patrick Catholic Church; (1124 7th Ave., Kaimuki) Mass 9:15 a.m. Burial 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
