72Maxine Lin On Ikehara, 57, of Ewa Beach, a Holomua Elementary School clerk, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Craig; son Kevin Johnson; daughters Rachel and Kristen; father Howard Kam; mother Eleanor Kam; brothers Howard Jr., James, Calvin and Jeffrey Kam; sister Elaine Akau; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
