79Robert Duane Lowe, 86, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired carpenter, died at Garden Isle Healthcare. He was born in Illinois. He is survived by son Robert K. "Bobby" Mariano, daughter Patricia Fermazin, caregiver and grandchild Tabitha Long, four other grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Kauai Veterans Pavilion, Hanapepe.
