Terry Byram, 56, of Ewa Beach died in Kapolei. She was born in Great Falls, Mont. She is survived by companion Reggie Bannister and sisters Debbie Costello, Cindy Maynard, Susie Gross and Valerie Gary. Visitation: 9:15 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 91-1004 North Road, Ewa Beach. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
