Age 76, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away May 31, 2012 in Honolulu. Born September 28, 1935 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired from the Double Tree Alana Hotel.
He is survived by wife, Rosario A. Acosta; sons, Jose (Ednalina "Marlyn") Acosta, Selmar (Shirley) Acosta, Emmanuel Acosta; daughters, Abelina (Francisco) Almachar, Carmenchita Acosta, Zenaida (Esperdion) Ramos, Rizalina Acosta; brothers, Ruperto (Iluminada) Acosta, Dalmacio Acosta, Rodney (Leonida) Acosta Sr., Leodigario (Marita) Acosta; sisters, Juliana (Dodoy) Gattu, Eugenia Bermudez, Apolonia Agarma, Regina (Romy) Mentac, Nena (Alex) Lacar; 18 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (July 5) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Prayer Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 10:30 a.m. Friday (July 6) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Funeral Service 11:30 a.m. Burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers Welcome.
