Vivian Aimalama "Ama" Purdy, 75, of Ewa Beach, a retired Hawaii State Library librarian and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons James, Harry and William; daughter Lorelei Purdy-Jenson; brothers Levi and Albert Perkins; sister Roberta Garcia; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. No services.
