79William J. "Bill" Wiley, 88, of Honolulu, a teacher and director of instructional resources at Hono-lulu Community College, died at home. He was born in Mason City, Iowa. He is survived by wife Iris. Private services. Donations suggested to the Southern Poverty Law Center in Atlanta, Institute for Human Services, or other charity.
