74Romualdo Saoit Acosta, 76, of Waipahu, a DoubleTree Alana Hotel retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Rosario A.; sons Jose, Selmar and Emmanuel; daughters Abelina Almachar, Carmenchita and Rizalina Acosta, and Zenaida Ramos; brothers Ruperto, Dalmacio, Rodney Sr. and Leodigario; sisters Juliana Gattu, Eugenia Bermudez, Apolonia Agarma, Regina Mentac and Nena Lacar; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 10:30 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.
