69Sum Phan, 84, of Honolulu, a retired owner of a retail construction paint store, died in Honolulu. He was born in Nam Hoi, China. He is survived by wife Lien Ai Dang, sons To Chi, Minh Dang, To Ha and Thanh, daughters Khiet Hao Phan-Wong and Tran Le Phan and 10 grandchildren.
