Joseph Everett Frost, 59, of Kapaa, Kauai, a mining, real estate and resort developer and an Army Reserve veteran, died. He was born in Boise, Idaho. He is survived by companion Peggy Salba-Honnet; former wife Susan; sons Jared R., Joseph R. and Adam F.; mother Luella; sisters Amiletta Boyd and Bonnie Stovall; and two grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to Kauai Hospice.
