80Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Kela, 69, of Hilo, a maintenance worker at C.W. Maintenance and an employee at the former KFC in downtown Hilo, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard L. Sr., son Richard L. Jr., brother Herbert Sweeney, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
