Felipe Badoyen, 71, of Germany, formerly of Lahaina, a retired Army sergeant first class, died on Maui. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Rita; son Felipe; brothers James, Gerald, Andrew, Wallace and John Badoyen, and Dexter Alioa; and sister Marlena Robinson.
