Filiberto "Fil" Hernandez, 73, of Ewa Beach, a retired state adult probation officer and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Robstown, Texas. He is survived by wife Yolanda G.; daughters Kris G. Hernandez and Tina H. Tom; brothers Jose, Ruben, Lupe and Arturo; sister Della Beltram; and four grandchildren.
