75William Rodolfo Ramiscal, 69, of Aiea, a retired Honolulu Police Department lieutenant, Hyatt Regency security director in Waikiki and Hilton loss prevention officer in Waikiki, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Gwendolyn; daughters Celeste Gayer and Rochelle Crowder; mother Juliana Bolosan; brothers Larry, Reuben and Dean; sisters Maile Kepano, Rachel Martinez, Elizabeth Martin, Donna Pavao, Lily Rosa and Lila Kokualani; and six grandchildren. Visitation:5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services:6 p.m. Casual attire.
