77Dr. Allan Kenji Izumi, 72, of Honolulu, a physician, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kula, Maui. He is survived by wife Dana, son Robert, daughters Kristin Izumi-Nitao and Kim Van Dyke, and five grandchildren. Private services. In lieu of flowers and monetary offerings, donations suggested to Hospice Hawaii.
