Florence Emiko “Flo” Yasuhara, 86, of Honolulu, a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration budget analyst, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Raymond H. “Yas”; daughters Arleen N. Hama, Joy A. Prucnal and Lori A.Y. Okino; brothers Howard T. and Richard M. Miyake; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
