75Bounchanh Phanthavong, 81, of Honolulu, a retired landscaper and a veteran of the Laotian military, died. He was born in Laos. He is survived by wife Sio; sons Khampheng, Konseng and Somsack Phanthavong, and Syce Love; daughters Sinh and Noy Phanthavong, and Nikcole Kobashigawa; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
