81Hazel L. Andrade, 86, of Honolulu, a Chaney Brooks employee, died in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by grandson and caregiver Todd Calleon, granddaughter and caregiver Stacie Calleon, caregiver Charlene Panoke and four great-grandchildren.
