Ritsuko Nakagawa Moniz, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaii Government Employees Association cashier, died in the Queen’s Medical Center.She was born in NorthKohala, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Barbara Tomita, Ann Suen and Linda Petersen; sistersDorothy Morita, Kozue Awaya and Aiko Takemoto; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation:2 p.m. Sunday at Holy Nativity Church. Services:3 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
