78Susumu Shibata, 95, of Honolulu, a Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. carpenter foreman, died in the Plaza at Punchbowl. He was born in Hawi, Kohala. He is survived by sons Tadashi R., George and Glenn; brothers Isamu, Sadamu and Takeo “Jack”; sisters Tomie Oakada, Alice Satsuma and May Yamamoto; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
