75Pearlisa “Teddy” Potter, 69, of New Berlin, N.Y., a retired nurse at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, N.Y., died. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by husband Gary; sons Duane, Jody and Terry; stepmother Sora; brother Jose Jr.; sisters Elena and Melinda; and nine grandchildren. Services to be held in Norwich.
