73, of Honolulu, a retired Associate Professor of Math and Science at Leeward Community College, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hiroshima, Japan. He is survived by wife Faye; son Alan and his wife Jenni; daughter Karen and her husband Greg, daughter Nanette and her husband Joe; and four grandchildren. Private services were held.
