78Tadashi Okuda, 89, of Kula, Maui, a retired Maui Palms Hotel maintenance supervisor, died in Kula. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Mildred “Millie”; son Darryl; daughter Charlene Sumida; brothers Shigeo, Michio “Mike,” Fumio “Donald” and Yukio; and sisters Haruko “Nora” Mackey and Ayako Ventura.
