Dr. Joong Ik Lee, 63, of Honolulu, a dentist, died in Honolulu. He was born in Seoul. He is survived by wife Carol Y.J. Chin and daughters Kathryn and Carolyn. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Aiea Korean United Methodist Church. Casual attire.
