Joseph William Muller, 79, of Waianae, a retired Fletcher Pacific Construction Co. supervisor, died in Makaha. He was born in Kona. He is survived by sons Keoki Borges, Alapaki and Iokepa Yost, and Joseph Jr. and James Muller; daughter Janice Kamelamela; brothers Richard and Vernon; sister Laverne Morikani; 18 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
