Fred Malmin, 83, of Honolulu, a retired data manager and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by wife Barbara A., son David, daughter Judith Malmin Weber, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
