67Chalmers Larsen Akima, 48, of Las Vegas and Waimea, Hawaii, an employee of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows, KTA Super Stores, Com Systems in Las Vegas and the California Hotel and Casino, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents William Louis and Lorna M.K. Akima, brother William L. Jr., sister Willette K. and hanai sister Jolynn Dean. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Imiola Congrega-tional Church in Waimea. Services: 1 p.m. Inurnment to follow at Imiola Congregational Church Cemetery.
