74Rose Mitsuko Sugai, 85, of Waipahu, a retired Meadow Gold Dairies credit manager, died in St. Francis Hospice West. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard T.; sons Brant M. and Stephen T.; brothers Stanley and Sparks Segawa; sisters Janet Matsumoto, Mary Tanabe and Jean Sonoda; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
