Teruo Morigaki, 91, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a retired police inspector for the Hawaii County Police Department, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Papaikou. He is survived by wife Mitsue; son Elton; daughters Aileen Lutz, Joanne Houghton and Dale Mitsutani; sisters Elaine Hirosumi, June Ratigan and Lorriane Coon; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Friday at Papaikou Hongwanji. Services: 5 p.m. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
