78Frederick "Smitty" Smith, 80, of Waianae died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Patricia; sons Edward, Frederick Jr., Kenneth, Ricky and Henry; daughters Emily Kaleopaa and Amber, Marvis L. and Debbie Smith; sister Helen Cordeiro; 16 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
