She is survived by husband, Cipriano Bartolome; sons, Nelson Bartolome, Erwin (Charlie) Bartolome; daughter, Melanie (Randy) Peralta; sisters, Magdalena (Flordelino) Tagama, Concepcion Vergara; 5 grandchildren.
Visitation 8:30 a.m. Saturday (August 25) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Funeral Service 9:00 a.m. Burial 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
