73William O. Cook Jr., 95, of Waianae died in Kaneohe. He was born in Newark, N.J. He is survived by daughters Bonnie Cook and Barbara Carlson, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at Soldiers Chapel, Schofield Barracks. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Schofield Cemetery. Aloha attire.
